This Privacy Policy explains how Orino (“Orino”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ICON mobile application (the “App”). ICON is a professional tool for monitoring, configuring, and managing Orino elevator/lift controller devices. It is intended for use by authorized company personnel, technicians, and service providers — it is not directed at children.

1. Information we collect

Account and identity information — provided when your account is created:

Name and surname
Phone number (also used to send you a one-time SMS verification code at login)
Email address (optional)
Company / organization you belong to

Device and operational data — generated as you use the App to manage elevator controllers:

Device serial numbers and hardware/software versions
Installation site / lift address and configuration settings you enter
Alarm logs, notifications, and operational telemetry from your devices

Technical information required for core functionality:

A push notification token (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can deliver alarm and status notifications to your device
Authentication tokens stored on your device to keep you signed in

We do not collect advertising identifiers, and the App contains no third-party advertising or analytics tracking.

2. Bluetooth

The App uses Bluetooth solely to discover and connect to nearby Orino hardware devices for configuration and diagnostics. Bluetooth is not used to determine your physical location, and no Bluetooth-derived data is shared for advertising.

3. How we use information

Authenticate you and keep your session secure (two-step SMS login)
Let you view, configure, and manage your elevator controller devices
Deliver alarm and status push notifications
Provide technical support and maintain the reliability and security of the service

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with:

Orino backend services (service.orino.com.tr), where your account and device data are stored and processed to operate the App
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which delivers push notifications
Our SMS provider, which delivers the login verification code to your phone
Authorities or third parties where required by law

5. Data retention

We retain account and device data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any period required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

6. Data security

Data in transit is protected with encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Access to backend data is restricted to authorized personnel. Access to the App is protected by a password and a one-time SMS verification code.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under Türkiye’s KVKK and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@orino.com.tr.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is a professional tool and is not intended for or directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, ICON mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda Orino (“Orino”, “biz”) tarafından bilgilerin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. ICON; Orino asansör kontrol cihazlarının izlenmesi, yapılandırılması ve yönetilmesi için kullanılan profesyonel bir araçtır. Yetkili şirket personeli, teknisyenler ve servis sağlayıcıların kullanımına yöneliktir ve çocuklara hitap etmez.

1. Topladığımız bilgiler

Hesap ve kimlik bilgileri — hesabınız oluşturulurken sağlanır:

Ad ve soyad
Telefon numarası (girişte tek kullanımlık SMS doğrulama kodu göndermek için de kullanılır)
E-posta adresi (isteğe bağlı)
Bağlı olduğunuz şirket / kuruluş

Cihaz ve operasyonel veriler — asansör kontrol cihazlarını yönetirken oluşur:

Cihaz seri numaraları ve donanım/yazılım sürümleri
Kurulum yeri / asansör adresi ve girdiğiniz yapılandırma ayarları
Cihazlarınıza ait alarm kayıtları, bildirimler ve operasyonel telemetri

Teknik bilgiler — temel işlevsellik için gereklidir:

Alarm ve durum bildirimlerini iletebilmek için bir push bildirim jetonu (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging)
Oturumunuzu açık tutmak için cihazınızda saklanan kimlik doğrulama jetonları

Reklam tanımlayıcıları toplamıyoruz; Uygulama hiçbir üçüncü taraf reklam veya analitik takibi içermez.

2. Bluetooth

Uygulama Bluetooth’u yalnızca yakındaki Orino donanım cihazlarını bulmak ve yapılandırma ve tanılama için bağlanmak amacıyla kullanır. Bluetooth konum belirlemek için kullanılmaz ve Bluetooth kaynaklı hiçbir veri reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

3. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

Sizi doğrulamak ve oturumunuzu güvende tutmak (iki adımlı SMS girişi)
Asansör kontrol cihazlarınızı görüntülemenizi, yapılandırmanızı ve yönetmenizi sağlamak
Alarm ve durum push bildirimleri iletmek
Teknik destek sağlamak ve hizmetin güvenilirliğini ve güvenliğini korumak

4. Bilgiler nasıl paylaşılır

Kişisel bilgilerinizi satmayız. Bilgiler yalnızca şunlarla paylaşılır:

Hesap ve cihaz verilerinizin saklandığı ve işlendiği Orino arka uç hizmetleri (service.orino.com.tr)
Push bildirimlerini ileten Google Firebase Cloud Messaging
Giriş doğrulama kodunu telefonunuza ileten SMS sağlayıcımız
Yasaların gerektirdiği durumlarda yetkili makamlar veya üçüncü taraflar

5. Verilerin saklanması

Hesap ve cihaz verilerini, hesabınız etkin olduğu ve hizmeti sağlamak için gerekli olduğu sürece; ardından yasal, muhasebe veya raporlama yükümlülüklerini karşılamak için gereken süre boyunca saklarız. Aşağıdaki iletişim bilgilerinden hesabınızın verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

6. Veri güvenliği

Aktarım hâlindeki veriler şifreleme (HTTPS/TLS) ile korunur. Arka uç verilerine erişim yetkili personelle sınırlıdır. Uygulamaya erişim bir parola ve tek kullanımlık SMS doğrulama kodu ile korunur.

7. Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yargı bölgesine bağlı olarak (Türkiye’de KVKK ve AB GDPR dâhil) kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme veya silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ya da kısıtlama haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Bu hakları kullanmak için [info@orino.com.tr] adresinden bize ulaşın.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama profesyonel bir araçtır ve 18 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler, sayfanın başındaki “Son güncelleme” tarihi güncellenerek belirtilir.
